descrip: v smol. body patterns are not only bioluminescent, but can change colors (mostly in the green-blue-purple spectrum. high saturation). they have piercing blue eyes. they can't breathe fire, but their venom lets off a faint glow and isn't as effective as regular rainwing venom. they suffer from both auditory and visual hallucinations.
